    Mgr. Joseph Kollamparampil was ordained bishop by His Beatitude George Cardinal Alencherry with Archbishop Augustine Joseph Charanakunnel of Raipur and Bishop Simon Stock Palathra CMI of Jagdalpur as co-consecrators during the ceremony today that started at 9.30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Jagadalpur.  More than 20 Bishops participated in the ceremony.  The ceremony began with the reading of the Papal Bull in Latin by Fr.
